Position Summary : We are seeking a new junior motion graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering custom, dynamic, and creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. Responsibilities : Design paid social ad campaign assets, including promotional product overlays, videos, and static banners. Research and maintain brand guidelines for clients. Meet with Success teams and/or clients to discuss objectives and project requirements Assist with design needs for the team Required Skills/Abilities : Experience with animation and video editing Advanced Proficiency in English Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A diverse portfolio that includes social, branding, advertising, web design, video, and animation work; candidates without a portfolio will not be considered; online portfolios preferred Applied knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications - Photoshop, XD, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Experience using Google Apps and Microsoft Office Have a passion for social media, data, and ad technology Be self-motivated and able to work independently, while being not afraid to ask questions whenever they arise Have a strong attention to detail and high personal standards of work Be highly organized and adhere to team processes and asset management systems M eticulous sense of detail with the ability to see the bigger picture Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills Collaborative nature and track record of being an invaluable resource to sales, strategy, product teams, and customers “No job is too big or too small” mentality -- you’re a long-term thinker & a short-term doer An entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to take on new challenges and risks Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, self-starter environment Bonus: Experience with color correction tools in Resolve. Experience with compositing footage.
